Delivery & Shipping
- In stock jewellery will be dispatched in 1-2 working days.
- If we don’t have your size in stock, your jewellery will be made-to-order. Made-to-order jewellery takes 3-5 weeks to be made and delivered.
- Delivery to countries outside of the UK are subject to longer delivery times.
- Any duties/taxes that occur in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
- As most of our jewellery is made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted. However, in some exceptional circumstances, it may be possible. If you want to check whether an item is eligible for a return, please send us an email.
- Returns do not apply in any circumstances to bespoke pieces or anything in our sample sale.
