RETURNS

Any piece of jewellery that's been made-to-order is not eligible for a return/refund. As most of our jewellery is made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted.

Returns do not apply in any circumstances to bespoke pieces or anything in our sample sale.

However, in some exceptional circumstances, returns may be possible. Products must be returned in unworn/unused condition in all original packaging.

If you want to check whether an item is eligible for a return, please send us an email.

If your return request is accepted, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received in a brand-new, unworn condition. No refund will be provided for items returned in a worn condition. This includes any scratches, scuffs or marks.

EXCHANGES

If you've ordered a piece of jewellery that's the wrong size, we'll be happy to re-size it free of charge.

This process can take up to 4 weeks.

It's the customer's responsibility to organise the return back to us.
