This ring features a number of light blue sapphires and one heart-cut ruby, that've been set underneath a large, custom-cut white sapphire. The white sapphire encloses the stones underneath, acting as a window to see into the ring. As the stones inside are loose, they're able to tumble around freely, meaning every time you move, the ring changes.
